‘static’ declaration ของ function และ variable

ทำไมต้อง declare : static function หรือ static variable ในภาษา C, C++ ??

เพราะว่าจะทำให้ อ้างอิงถึง static xx ได้ภายใน .c compile นั้น .. ลองอ่านปัญหา และสาเหตุดูใน
